Costruzioni Elettrotecniche Cear S.r.l. announces that, as of June 1, 2026, it has transferred 80% of its business unit to Bruno Generators Group S.p.A.
The company’s new corporate name is CEAR S.r.l.
This transaction is part of a diversification and growth strategy, built upon a shared vision that CEAR has developed over years of collaboration with BGG. This partnership has naturally evolved into what BGG also describes as a Group strategy aimed at strengthening its industrial capabilities and expanding its portfolio of integrated solutions for the energy and power generation sector.
The integration of CEAR S.r.l. into the Group will enable the development of significant technical and commercial synergies, enhancing the ability of both CEAR and BGG to provide their customers with comprehensive, reliable, and technologically advanced solutions.
CEAR S.r.l. will continue to maintain its corporate identity while offering its customers an even broader portfolio of products and services in association with the BGG Group, one of the world’s leading operators in the power generation industry. The Group’s generator sets are recognized as a benchmark for applications requiring the highest technical and quality standards.
