Cear assists its customer in both the start-up and post-sales phases with specialised technical service to resolve electrical and instrument problems in Italy and abroad.
Specialised and qualified technicians assist our customers in the following activities to provide prompt service and reduce plant downtime:
- Spare part selection and supply
- On-site inspection, commissioning and start-up
- Technical services for plant changes and/or adjustments
- Scheduled or extraordinary maintenance
- Remote phone service on plants remotely controlled by PC or PLC
Furthermore, if necessary we develop specific training programs to use Cear supplied products and automation systems.
