Cear assists its customer in both the start-up and post-sales phases with specialised technical service to resolve electrical and instrument problems in Italy and abroad.
Specialised and qualified technicians assist our customers in the following activities:
Spare part selection and supply
On-site inspection, commissioning and start-up
Technical services for plant changes and/or adjustments
Scheduled or extraordinary maintenance
Remote phone service on plants remotely controlled by PC or PLC
All this to provide prompt service and reduce plant downtime. Furthermore, if necessary we develop specific Training programs to use Cear supplied products and automation systems.
